Edinburgh v's Dublin - Beer prices

We're trying to decide which to go to for a hen weekend.
Both are pretty much like for like on flights and hotels so it's all down to how expensive it is when we get there.
Can anyone tell me if Edinburgh is as expensive as Dublin please ?

Hmm... difficult one. I've been to both and I preferred Edinburgh. Given the relatively poor exchange rate against the Euro at the moment I would think that Edinburgh would be cheaper as well.

Given that, it depends what you want. There are certainly more bars and discos in the centre of Dublin than there are in Edinburgh.

I agree with Kevin, the Euro exchange won't help you out in Dublin.

Shame you're not going to Cardiff, looks like the girls that have just been on the girlie weekend could give you the price of every drink in Cardiff
