Edible Arrangements Vent

For Valentine's Day I ordered DH something from Edible Arrangements. We've ordered from them once before.

We waited all day for the delivery...and now...9:13 pm NOTHING! For a $12 delivery fee you'd expect that it would be delivered on the right day!

So now I am super annoyed and just want my money back. What terrible service!

Do they deliver themselves or do they use UPS or FedEx? It may not be their fault but I would call them and ask for a refund on your shipping if you had to pay extra to have it delivered today.

I would be super annoyed. I would at least ask for a refund on the $12 delivery fee if you don't receive it today (if that was what was promised).

awwww, I'm sorry the arrangement didn't arrive for you today enjoy today, it stinks. I woudl absolutely have your DH call and not only request a refund but a complimentary arrangement!

They deliver themselves from their store.

The store closed at 7, but my confirmation says that on busy days they can deliver as late as 9 pm. I can't call the store, but I submitted a refund request on their website.
