I've shopped at Eddie Bauer for years and years.
I just bought DH a couple of new thermal shirts for Xmas. They last so well and he really likes how soft they are.

I used to work at the Eddie Bauer Outlet in Wrentham Village... it's a great store. I still shop there! You can click over to the outlet pages from the main link above

it's my favorite place to shop! I love their clothes, they last and last forever....

I was just there today. I bought some pants for DS

My husband loves their clothes. They are reasonably priced, usually warm, and last a while. I'll pass for myself, everything seems to have pleated fronts and tapered legs. Not flattering to me.

I buy most of my clothes at EB ::yes::. Their jeans fit me better than any other brand. Just bought a thermal shirt for myself in there 2 days ago :).

Edited to say - MScott - try the boot cut jeans. I like them so much I've bought maybe 6 pairs over the last few months when they've had their sales. I don't like tapered pants or pleats either.

The one in the mall by my house closed so I have to figure out where the nearest EB store to me is . But I love thier stuff and so does my DH.

mad 4 mickey you can order right online if you already know your sizes, pretty fast delivery, our nearest store is 45 minutes away so sometimes i just order online.

Mad4Mickey - come on over. The one at Hulen Mall is still open and seems to be going strong. I know the Parks and Ridgmar closed :(. The Parks wanted too much rent; I asked at the Hulen Store why it had closed.

I think the one at Southlake is still open too. At least last time I was over there it was. The one at Vista Ridge in Lewisville was closed, too :(.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that the Hulen Mall store will stay open. I'd be sooo sad if it closed. That mall has a Disney Store and an Eddie Bauer - perfect for me :teeth:.

We used to both shop there all the time. But, realized that their stuff tends to be a bit "frumpy" for my tastes. I looked at their last catalog and it looks like they're starting to "get with" the latest trends. I might try looking into them again. Love all their wrinkle-resistant stuff for DH though.

That's how I feel when I look at LL Bean Catalogs. The coats and stuff are cool, but I don't like their women's clothes. I don't find the Eddie Bauer stuff frumpy, though. Maybe I'm old at 33 ? It's actually one of the only places I can find stuff that doesn't look like it's for an 18 year old or for a 70 year old.

All the Eddie Bauer stores went out of business around here. I loved them.

They are one of the few places that carry my dads pant size. He's short and round =) He usually ends up ordering them through their catalog to be shipped to the store, and such.

Their womens clothes have not been my style in the past, but their mens are good =)

I've seen them. Too high-waisted for me...Very few jeans fit both my inseam and my rise well.. Right now I'm in love with "long and lean" jeans from the Gap.

I've got lots of EB shirts, love their "washable suede" jackets (for that 2 week period that it gets cool enough here in Texas to wear it!) They carry tall sizes, so it's one of the few places I can find khakis and long casual skirts to fit. It's the first place in the mall I head to when I'm shopping for weekend clothes.

And I have two ( ) Eddie Bauer Expeditions. His and hers. :p

I told the wife i want a eddie bauer car seat when the babys born, she said im going to far.:p
