Eczema

My friend has it on her neck. It looks like circular red patches. Shes feeling dejected because she thinks of herself unattractive and self conscious when guys look at her neck. Some guys can be pretty shallow. If you're a guy, are you less attracted to a girl if her neck is red? I keep tellin her personality is what counts but to no avail.

i used to have it on my legs. i battled with it for two years, and nothing really helped very much. it finally just faded away, and i don't have it anymore.

is she SURE its eczema? has she been to a dermatologist? they may be able to help her.

I had really bad acne for a long time, and I know how self concious people can become because of skin issues.
Like Shelby said, maybe she should go to the dermatologist for some help.

I had to try a lot of different treatments for my acne before I found one that worked. She might have to do the same with her eczema.

And while she's waiting, just remind her that if she acts confident, than other people will see her that way. If she doesn't make a big deal out of her eczema, no one else will, either.

I have eczema!!!
I use hydrocortisone cream.

If shes sure its eczema, I recommend that.

i have had eczema all of my life
i am now almost 14 and i have it all around my nose
it has been in the same spot and gets even worse in the summer *eeek*
i have had so mant bf's and now people dun even seem 2 notice (its really big) so tell ur friend ahe should not worry so much!!!

I have eczema really bad at times. I get it on my arms, legs, stomach, back, and neck. It annoys me to no end. It comes and gos. The thing I have found to help is Cortizone 10 healing cream [[I believe]] and not scratching. As hard as it may be, do not scratch! Hmmm, I should use my own advice. @_@ lol

And I know it can be unattracting at times. But its not contagious. And if a guy has a problem with it then he's not right for you. *shrugs*

She should also try the Aveeno eczema body wash. Alot of people said it works wonders. But yeah, she should go see a dermatologist. It could be ringworm or something.

im a guy and i probably would not care if her neck was red cause someguys are really shallow but not all of us some of us are nice and would not care esspicially if she was fun to be around then i wouldent care and just try to be her friend hope i helped but can i ask what eczema is?

its a topical skin disorder. it's red, uncomfortable, and itchy.

this is acute eczema on a baby.

there are lots of us were just ussaly the quiet ones in the back of the room most times but sometimes were the ones surronded by a good group of people but other times were the ones that were just brought up to be gentlmenly and sweet and care about whats inside instead of whats outside but thanx for the copliment

I have it slightly all over my arms.
Its somewhat yucky looking, I always wear long sleeves anyway.

Im afraid of showing my arms to people.
Im afraid their too hairy or something.
I dunno.
I just feel bare when I have my arms out.

So no one even knows I have it
(except me and my mother, and..family)

I think I have that I mean it prob not ecxma or however u spell that but i have a whole bunch of small red bumps all over my skin and i get insecure about it sometimes but i usually dont let it bother me so i wear short sleeves and tanks all the time!! She just shouldn't let it bother her and use lotion to make her self confidence go up and support her whenever u can!!

try using coconut oil on your arms.

i had those too. it helped me.
