Are there any non-disney resort-to-resort transportation options for a family of 7 with one ECV?

Rent a 15 passenger van, and ask the rental company to remove the back seat row?

Uber would probably not be an option. Uber XL seats up to 6. There are accessible Ubers in my city (Los Angeles) but they are seldom available and I am not sure if those vehicles could carry 7.

ECVs in Uber have to go in the trunk and usually have to be loaded by the customer not the driver.

Unfortunatly 7 would be a passanher van which Uber doesn't have. They guarentee up to 6 I believe with Uber XL.

Where are you staying? Does the location you are staying at offer transportation? I know a lot of the resorts around Disney may offer buses that go.

Uber has a new accessibility category. I haven't checked the details but it's worth looking at.

How about a taxi, we took a mears taxi last year (From BWI to Poly for dining), since we had 6 people and a mobility device they sent a cargo van and we all fit with the mobility device no problem, we probably could have gotten more people in the van if need be.

It cost about $20 and we didn't pre schedule it, we just walked out of the resort and there were plenty of taxis lined up and someone at the bell services stand just threw up his hand and mentioned a large cargo van over for us. The driver got out and got a little step stool out to help us get in and then another member of my party put the mobility device in the back where the driver instructed him to put it. When we got back to our resort the mears driver did give us a card with a number to call if we needed to schedule a taxi, it also had info about their app too on it.

We had no problems, we took the nears taxi more than once and it was never more that $25 anywhere we went on property (we only used the taxi for resort to resort transportation, not to a park).

Oh absolutely I'm happy to help, last year my mom was the one who needed the help with all the walking (she's had back surgery and double knee replacments) and so she needs help with walking long distances (and still does). However, I had an accident late last year and so this summer is my first trip in a wheelchair and everyone in the forum has been super helpful with questions I've had about Disney. My family is traveling in August and so we will have two mobility devices (my wheelchair and my moms foldable scooter) and four people, but we are still thinking that we will be able to use the Mears taxi because the large vans were really big, I don't see it being an issue especially if you just have one scooter.
