ECV rentals US/IOA parks

Are there ECV rentals available within the Universal parks? We will be traveling with a family member who has some hidden disabilties, but would need an ECV to help him with the extensive walking required. He used one at WDW in the past and did great with it.

Yes...they are available at the stroller rental just inside the gates at both parks.
