ECV on WDW Railroad in MK?

Currently making a touring plan and I don't know the answer - can the Railroad accommodate an ECV? I was hoping to be able to get mom on at Main St. Station and ride it to Frontierland. Is this possible or if she wants to ride would she have to take a complete trip and come back to Main St. and pick up the ECV?

Guests with an ECV need to transfer to a standard wheelchair to board and ride the train.

Thank you! She's mobile enough not to need it on the ride so I guess I will plan for the full train ride around the world.
