ECV Around the Resorts - Parking

I was wondering where you can park an ECV in the resorts. Im wondering about in particular:
AKL - I want ecv to get close to Boma but do NOT want to take it in. or while using the pool
Swan - same as Akl

There really are no designated parking areas for ECVs at resorts.

When eating in a resort restaurant, you might be told to park it near the entrance or beside an outer wall to be out of servers' way. You might park one briefly outside the main restroom entrance.

Other than those, you're generally expected to be using yours, to have yours near wherever you are or to leave it in your room.

It's a safety concern primarily.

There's an area near the entrance to Boma for parking your scooter. (There will also be strollers there.) I took mine out to the pool area, but parked it off to the side (as far as I could) on the pathway (where it was a little wider).

If you ask the CMs at the check-in desk at Boma, they'll point out the ECV parking area if you don't see it right away. I love Jiko's system. They "valet parked" my scooter for me-the CM escorted us to the table (I rode my scooter over), then she rode my scooter to their "valet lot", which was the bar area, I think. At the end of our meal, our server went and got my scooter for me (an example of why it's good to individualize your scooter-"It's the one with the pink bandana") Yes, it meant letting someone else drive my scooter, but just screw up once, Disney! I didn't like Narcoose's idea. They made me park it outside the building, so I couldn't even keep an eye on it.

As it turns out no dining plans at the Swan, just staying there. I will be going to Ale & Compass for breakfast and Flying Fish.
