Please help! I've watched multiple videos, but I have yet to see one that shows the info I am looking for.

How do you know where to go in line for the Skyliner? Is it one line and a CM pulls you aside to board a car with your ECV? Or are there signs I need to be looking for?:confused3
When it is time to exit, how do they know you need your car stopped? Do they open the door, and then move you to a different spot?:confused3

If anyone has pictures too, that would be wonderful. Thanks!:)

As the others said, CMs will see the ECV and direct you. There are also signs that are in pretty obvious places.
Each station has dedicated handicapped area for boarding and unloading. All of the stations except Riviera pull a Skyliner off the regular line to the handicapped boarding area where it will stop for loading and unloading. The CM there will direct you on exactly what to do.
The Riviera station has a dedicated handicapped area, but the Skyliner doesn’t completely stop; it does slow. We’ve used that station multiple times and haven’t had any issues.

When someone boards at the handicapped area, their Skyliner is marked so CMs know which one to pull off for unloading.

This is the sign at the Studio directing people to the accessible boarding line/area. Each station has similar signs and almost always a CM nearby directing guests.

The Caribbean Beach station is a transfer point/hub, so it always has CMs directing guests where to go. This is the accessible waiting area just before boarding the Skyliner from Caribbean Beach toward Riviera and Epcot

The CM at the accessible area controls the Skyliner that stops there. The red overhead part of the rail is a gate that opens to let a Skyliner cabin in or out of the track that serves the accessible area.

The CM at that area directs the guests what to do/ when to come forward to board. C0D0620B-68FD-4575-8C58-3E6B75479BC0.jpeg

This photo shows one guest who was alone on board with her ECV and the whole area

And when it comes time to get off the skyliner, you're supposed to wait until the CM tells you that you can turn your ECV on and then back out. I remember one time I turned on my ECV when the doors opened, but I knew not to move until after the blocks were removed and the CM told me it was safe for me to move. I guess she'd had a bad experience with a guest moving too soon, because when she saw that I'd already turned the ECV on, she got rather nervous, and asked me to PLEASE turn the ECV off again and not to turn it on until she said I could.
