ECV and POR boat to DTD

Can an ECV be taken on the boat that goes from Port Orleans Riverside to Downtown Disney?

It depends on the water level. I had no problem when I was there in October. It is a lot easier to load onto the boat than the buses. WDW is able to control the water level of the smaller lakes.
