Hi has anyone had problem with seller not sending items.Iordered water filters for my fridge $85 and havent received them .I never thought to check feedback when i ordered but just looked from other customers has 91 negatives countless neutrel i called post office and they said package label made but not shipped. Icontacted Ebay and they said i should hear from seller within 4 days. Anyone had problem thank you for replying.

Oh my, always take a gander at the feedback when you are ordering from ebay. I think ebay will take care of you, just let them guide you through the process. I haven't had a problem with e bay before, but did on etsy and they were great, so hopefully it will get straightened out for you one way or another.

91 negatives may not be that big a deal if they sell 100,000 items every month.

The auction should list the estimated deliver date. If you're past that date, you can open a case and get your money back.

I purchased something from a seller recently who took 2 weeks to ship it, and then only did it because I contacted them asking why it wasn't marked as shipped yet. They were full of excuses, none of them good. It basically came down to they felt they had better things to do. I ordered an item from China on the same day - and I received it before I did this order from a US seller!

I also had a problem recently with an Amazon marketplace seller who never shipped. They had good feedback until just after I ordered - then suddenly they were swamped with people complaining they never got their orders although they had been marked shipped. It was clear they decided to stop shipping for some reason. I contacted the seller a day or two before the latest arrival date for my order (but it had been more than enough time for it to get to me) and they told me I still had to wait until the last day of the delivery window. Even though they knew I was positive it was never shipped. But at least on that last day, when it still hadn't arrived, they refunded me. I still haven't figured out just what that seller was up to!

ETA: Sometimes the post office won't scan a package until right before delivery. I've had several of those too lately. So you go from "label created" straight to "arrived at local post office". In between is a week or more sometimes of no tracking updates!

Thank you everyone i contacted Ebay they said if i didnt hear back from seller in 4 days to contact them hope i hear i really want them .
