Ebay vent

I sold some concert tickets on ebay and had them overnighted to arrive via USPS by noon on Friday (since the concert is today - Saturday). They guaranteed them to arrive by noon on Friday. This still haven't arrived. I called the USPS and they can't find the package. They have that I mailed it, but don't know where it is. They put a search on the package. It is now 3:30 and the concert is at 8:00. Looks like I am out $300!!! That was actually the face value of the tickets. I wasn't even making an money on this! NOW I am losing money!!

Did you add postal insurance against damage/loss?

Your express postage should cover a portion at least and since it wasn't delivered on time, your postage will be refunded.

I hope the PO is able to find them in time for the recipient to use them this evening.

You will get your money back for the express if it didn't arrive when they told you, just keep your copy of the express. If you didn't buy insurance, I'm pretty sure it comes with $100 insurance. Hopefully you bought more insurance but if not, you will get a little back. Did you look online on the usps site to see if it was scanned anywhere after it left your Post Office? Good Luck, Hope they get it delivered before the concert.
