I sold an item and shipped it 2 day priority with DC. I sent him the DC# and the day it was supposed to be delivered he message me back saying "Perfect. Thank you!". then a few days latter he message me asking about the item, the DC shows it in transit. when I message the USPS about it, they said it could be the mail carrier could've forgotten to scan at the last point.
Part of me is being paranoid the guy saw the hold up and through to capitalized(his feedback is all positive tho) even though he got it.
If this did get lost in the mail, how responsible am I if I have all the paperwork that I shipped it on time, with proper shipping as promised and the DC# shows it the USPS was at fault is lost?
The whole message from the day he was supposed to get it really throws me off the whole he didn't get it theory.

I don't know if my submitting the issue caused the post offices involved to look for it, but it couldn't hurt.
