your auctions (if you have WDW stuff, that is). I would love to start selling because I have so much extra "stuff". Only pain is the trips to the post office with DD1. She doesn't walk yet and is pretty darn heavy! I could probably make a few hundred towards my trip, though.........

Oh, I get it. I thought you wanted to give someone your Ebay Id to use and you use theirs. In my defense, I have a three month old at home and haven't gotten much sleep lately!



I think we can post them here. I just sell what I have around the house and if I come upon a good deal on something. I haven't been doing really well lately, but I don't have enough time to devote to it like I need to. I keep trying to think of a good seller. I thought I had found one when I stumbled across a good deal on quite a few new bibs, but they don't seem to be doing as well as I thought they would. I guess it's just a crap shoot. My sister and I are actually going to hit yard sales this weekend to see if we can find some good stuff to sell.

My daughter Lynnette sells a lot of trendy clothes and anything Disney she comes across...she goes to great lengths to describe anything she sells and mails everything immediately after each auction's close (for winners who use Paypal the item goes in the mail the same day the auction ends in 99% of the cases)...she's had some really nice things and great bargains up!

How do I find your auctions?

Click on "Search" at the top on Ebay's main page. Then click on the "By Seller" tab. Enter the seller's ID and click on search. If you want to see what they have sold in the past, be sure to change the box on "include completed items".

Hi..cute bows. Did you know under eBay's "newer" rules, you can offer choices if something comes in sizes and colors, as long as if you offer 10 buy it nows or Dutch auctions, you have enough of each color and size for each person that may bid? Thought maybe I could save you some listing fees.

No I didn't know that. Thanks so much. I'm so cautious about my listings and wording for fear of someone turning me in. A friend of mine has had her auctions cancelled a few times because someone keeps turning her in for how she is wording her custom auctions I custom make all of the bows and flowers for each buyer and ask them at the end of the auction which barretts and size they prefer because I'm afraid I won't word it right. Thank you so much!! My ebay bill is killing me lol

Here is the "choice" rules. Note that you need to use Dutch or fixed...althoug eBay did rule that the personalized items I sell, I can sell one at a time, so I'm not sure what that means LOL. I know what you mean about someone turning you in..seems the competition just waits sometimes to see if the wording will pass eBay's muster. My ebay, Paypal and Vendio bills were outrageous this year, but then so were my income taxes, so I guess that means I'm making money LOL.

Choice Listings



A choice listing occurs when a seller allows buyers to choose from a selection of items. Choice listings can be problematic because of the potential for fee circumvention, transactions outside of eBay and other issues.

Choice listings are generally not allowed and will be ended. The Insertion Fee will be automatically credited for that listing. See also the policy related to choice travel certificates.

Exceptions:
Listings may offer custom-made items or services that are created or customized to the buyer's specification such as made to order clothing. Other permitted examples include re-sizing of rings or personalized mailing labels. All offered options must be provided at no additional charge to the buyer. Choice of title in software, books, music or movies is not allowed. Choice of size in pre-made items is not allowed.
Multiple quantity listings (Multiple Item Auction, multiple-item fixed price or store) may offer a choice of color in otherwise identical items. However, the seller must be able to fulfill the entire quantity of every listing in any offered color even if every winning bidder makes exactly the same color selection. It is not permissible to state "The highest bidder gets first choice." Choice listings may not be offered "subject to availability" or request the buyer to contact the seller to see which colors are available or what quantity is available. This exception for choice of color does not apply to single quantity listings.

Hey, I figured we could help each other out

I'm trying to get rid of the "stuff" that's just laying around. I'm trying to save up for a Disney Cruise for Miss Maddy and I...but it's soooo expensive, it's hard. I also need to look into getting a car that actually has air conditioning....Maddy and I turn bright red and sweat to death in this 80-90 degree Florida weather we've been having.

I'll chime in..... although I haven't had any auctions up since January. But I'm starting again next week . My ebay name is "wearemom" ... prounounced "where mom" not 'we are mom". Just the name of my town plus what I am!...............P
