Ebay sellers, have you ever had this happen ?!

About 2 weeks ago I had a buyer purchase something from me using "Buy It Now" and pay immediately with paypal, on the same day a little later, they were the winning bidder on another item I sold..... I sent an invoice with discounted shipping charges to ship both items together.... I never heard from that buyer, they never paid or responded to me ! I finally filed a dispute through E-bay for the non-paid item, but my question is this, what do I do with the item they paid for ??? I have sent about 3 e-mails asking what they wanted me to do and explained that I will ship the items together and that i'm just waiting for them to pay for the second item, but they never responded ! what do I do with the item they purchased >>>>???? Any responses are very much appreciated !!!

They have already paid for that item so ship it. If they every get back to you about the second item charge them full shipping on it.

Maybe try giving her a call. Something must have happened if she paid immediately for one and not the other. She may have her computer down or she may be sick and not checking her emails. I think since she paid for the one, that shows good faith. I would give her the benefit and give her a call.

Definately ship the one item she paid for, and continue to try to contact her in regards to the second.
