I sold an item way back in September. We mailed the item out on September 7 and it arrived at it's destination on September 10. The customer claims that she did not receive the item, but when I plug the delivery confirmation number into the USPS website, it says that it was in fact delivered. I've tried to e-mail her and my e-mails come back. DH tried to call her to get this taken care of and no response. So, what happens next? I want to eBay a lot more stuff to earn money for our trip in December, but I don't want my account frozen over this. So, what will eBay do or what do I need to do? Please help! I am so frustrated about this.


I think I will have DH call her one more time and then proceed forward. How do I go about filing a complaint? Thanks everyone for your help!
