I've never seen codes for Ebay before. Are these good on any purchase (within the categories such as technology and clothing) from any seller?

I too would like to know how to use these codes. Are they from ebay or paypal? Where in the checkout process do you plug them in? TIA

Here are the rules

Shop for items where PayPal is accepted
Bid or buy using your eBay User ID
Pay using your PayPal account and enter offer code during checkout.

As I recall when I was checking out during paypal there was a box to enter a code. The seller will still receive the full amount, ebay covers the coupon.

I don't believe the code applies to shipping costs.

I looked at the fine print on the coupon website and it said it may not work for everyone, I hope it works for someone. I would feel terrible posting codes that didn't work.

OK update that code would not work for me on PAY Pal but I googled and found another code CPPEBAY03 and got 3.47 off shipping??? it worked. I found the codes at www.couponshack.com Hope this helps some one else. Oh other 10% code that might work C-MAR2006ANNIV Carol

Dang! I never even thought of or heard of coupon codes for Ebay or PayPal. I just purchased 2 vanity/sink countertops & certainly could have used any savings I could get.
