Ebay is so frustrating now!!!

A buyer can easily get that kind of feedback removed if they contact ebay. You might end up with a warning from ebay too.

GOOD! I'll take my chances. They aren't worried if they get a "warning" for not paying. Why should I care if I get a warning for exposing a non payer?

One of my favorites was a buyer who left negative feedback, only because I did not leave THEM positive feedback. I used to sell many items, and would do feedback in clumps, like about 20 at a time. Besides, I don't HAVE to LEAVE feedback at all if I don't want to. That was years back.

I also had a guy buy an item, and not pay for it, and then HE listed the same item. By the time I was able to relist the item, it was too late to sell it for the holidays. I had to wait for a weeks for it to play out. It was an item worth over $350. He was really sketchy, and did it under different screen names, but I followed his trail. He even EMAILED me, and said, haha, I screwed you. He was able to do this AOL to AOL email, so Ebay said they could not track it back or something. (this also was years ago, and I think AOL email is trackable now).

Oh well.

I'm done with selling gently used childrens clothing on there...I sold a gorgeous columia coat that my daughter had only worn a short while before she lost it. I replaced it and then sure enough, someone found the coat with our phone number written in it and called. I had already bought her a new coat, so I sold the old one on ebay. I washed it really well in oxyclean and there was just the tiniest bit of wear showing at the wrists, which is to be expected. The buyer left nasty feedback that it was worn and didn't look new. I NEVER said it was new. People expect perfection - and they shouldnt be buying on ebay if that is what they expect. My idea of great condition and theirs is different, they think great condition means new with tags never worn condition. I also misjudged shipping on a brand new sweater that I sold. The sweater was bulky and ended up costing me more in shipping than I sold the sweater for , which ws like $1.99 plus shipping, I ended up losing about $4 on the sale, but sent it anyway as the shipping quote was my mistake and I honored the sale and didn't want negative feedback. I still got negative feed back because the buyer didn't like the sweater. That THEY bought after seeing a picture of it. It was new with tags. they wanted to return it and be credited even though I said no returns. :headache::mad:
