EBAY - how often do they have reduced prices on listing fees?

Ebay surprised me and had a sale on listing fees on Valentines Day only....of course I was not ready. Is there a way to tell ahead of time, or does anyone know how often they do this? Do you think they won't have it again until Easter?

I wouldn't worry to much about missing the special rates on Valentine's Day. Days like that usually "flood" Ebay and you may end up with less people bidding on your items. Sometimes it's great to take a mini vacation when Ebay discounts listings. It just depends on what you're trying to sell.

I'm with Dixie. I usually only put up my worse junk during free or almost free listing. Stuff I figure won't sell anyway. Of course I couldn't put it up this time because..well check out my counter!!!
In the past they had a free listing day in June and December. This year they have been running a lot of "1 cent" gallery, and other marketing.

I use to save things for sale days but then I realized that the market was flooded at that time.
