And it is so unreal, it makes me nervous.![]()
Yeah. Hopefully I didn't just admit Anakin into the Order.

I feel a great disturbance in the force.

Wow. This may have been the first bloodless end to a FP debate... ever.
I wouldn't declare All Clear just yet. These things have been known to flare back up...
His effpeechlorian count is pretty high...could he be the one?

Has your avatar tag always been that, or did you change it because of my Jedi reference? Or did I make the Jedi reference because I subconciously saw that in your avatar? Either way, get out of my head!
And OT, but I still don't understand why in a universe full of Jedi and almost no Sith--at least at my movie-only understanding of SW lore--why the Jedi would want "balance" in the force. Wouldn't that be bad? Am I that dumb?
PS Last question is rhetorical.![]()

I know it's rhetorical... but FWIW, the "balance" isn't a balance between Jedi and Sith or dark and light. The light side is a state of balance, and the dark side un-balances it. Or something along those lines.

It's been that way for a while.
By the way, it's pretty messy in here....![]()

But there can be no light without dark, good without evil and so on, everything needs to be compared to something and therefore both powers should balance each other. Am I right or am I getting seduced by the dark side...
Ta Ta Ta Ta Da Da Ta Da Da, Ta Ta Ta Ta Da Da Ta Da Da...![]()
No, the force in its natural ("light") state is already balanced. George Lucas compared the dark side to a cancer -- it's not part of that balance, it corrupts it and tries to consume it.
That's one the "one who brings balance" -- the "chosen one" -- is the one who can eradicate the Sith and eliminate the dark side... and that's why balance was finally achieved at the end of Jedi, when both the Emperor and Vader are killed.
