Ebay confirmed address??

Help! I have been buying and selling (over 1200 items) for the last 3 years. Now someone is telling me my address if not confirmed and they will not ship to me!!! (a $20.00 item!) I always thought it was confirmed and after spending 30 min. on Paypal trying to find out, I still don't know. I have been taking and paying by credit card shouldn't that mean my address is confirmed???????????

I'm not sure if it's a glitch with PayPal or not, but recently I noticed when I was paying for something it said my address was unconfirmed. ????? I'd always been listed as confirmed before and didn't change anything. Anyway, all I had to do was click on the question mark above where it said unconfirmed and it allowed me to change it to confirmed. Of course, it was the same address listed in both places so I'm not sure what made it unconfirmed all of a sudden, but there it was. Hope this helps.
