I have been waiting for EVER for a purchase. It was quoted to arrive three days ago at the latest - and two WEEKS ago at the earliest. Seller has gone quiet. Will probably have to file a request for return. So sad, I really wanted this!

To be fair, I've had a personal emergency day my sending a lot for a few days, but I ALWAYS contact the buyer in that case and offer a partial refund or cancellation.

I've been an eBay user for 25 years I've only had one dispute and it was resolved quickly. OP...sorry you are having a problem but that isn't the norm...my experience.

I'm sorry that you're dealing with this. I've been using ebay for years (mostly to import Tokyo DL/other items from Japan) and have never had any issues minus long shipping times though I know that's mostly because of the time it takes to ship things from Japan to the US. I agree with the above poster. This isn't the norm on the site. I always find it to be a good idea to read recent reviews of sellers before buying anything.

DH had his eBay account hacked years ago. He closed it and we haven't had one since.
