I don't have a phone #. But I've had no problem getting through to them via 'Customer Care'. Top right of their main page is 'Welcome x/Logout/Help'...click help, then 'customer care' at bottom right of the next page and fill in the form.

Sorry, but Ebates is far from creepy. We just have a Google alert that tells us when questions come up about us on forums. If we see a question that we can easily answer, we chime in.

I hope this makes us less creepy.

By the way, there are going to be huge deals this holiday season at Ebates. Especially for Disney Store.

I hope we get this original issue resolved for you quickly.
