Ebates Problem-HELP!

Anyone having this problem? After logging in and choosing the store I wish to shop at, I can't get connected to the website. Today I wanted to shop FTD for the 30% cash back but once I click on shop, I start getting transferred but then end up with a white screen. Yet, I can connect to places like Amazon.

Does anyone know why this happens? Ebates tells me they are not experiencing a problem that it must be my computer. How can that be if I can get into some stores but not others?

Is it logged in your tracking tickets? If so maybe you could try opening up a new browser and send them a"missing purchase" request with the tracking ticket info you have.

I don't have a missing purchase so no tracking ticket available. I just can't seem to get from Ebates to the actual shopping site. I emailed them and just got a response. They say they are not experiencing any problems and I should check my firewall. I guess I will try this.

Clear your history and cache. Or try a different browser. It could be a symptom of a more severe computer problem, but I wouldn't worry about that yet.

Not sure op, but ebates has a lot of issues. not to mention, they never ever just record my purchases. i always have to check in and remind them.

Oh geez, I hope it's not a computer issue. I'll try in clearing the history ( I do this regularly, but I'll do it again).
