Are either of these good programs? Are they dependable, and do you receive the goods????

Because of etour going under, one of these is my replacement for it.

Ebates is a shopping website that offers you rebates for shopping at other stores. It would be a good deal to sign up and make a purchase to get your $15+rebate. I have used them for about a year now and haven't had a problem. They ship checks out 4 times a year.
