Ebates 20% back for Orbitz tickets

Bought tickets yesterday and the cash back is already pending in my account!!

Is it 20%?

YES it's 20% and I get my ebate May 15 we leave on 18th.

yep, mine was 20% too. I did two separate purchases, and the second hasn't shown up yet, but I expect it too. I won't have the cash back til after this trip, but we are headed to WDW in June, so I will have it for that trip. (bought DL tickets). Too chicken to try for the WDW ones, as DH is anxious about the FP+ part, especially since we are going during a busy time. ;( I would rather save the money!

I ordered Tuesday. As soon as the charge changed from pending, the cashback showed up in my EBates account. My tickets are for October.

There was nothing in my EBates account until this morning when the charge changed from pending to posted on my credit card. Now I have the cashback in the pending (because it's there until you get your check from them) on my ebates account.

Thanks, I just checked my credit card online and the charge is there. Ebates wrote back and said give it 7 days to show up on my account. I guess I have to wait. I hope that I didn't do something wrong to not receive the rebate....but I don't see how. It's pretty simple. I haven't ordered anything in a few months and haven't had a rebate in a long time be ause I don't use it that often.

Go into your ebates account and check your tracking numbers. If you see one from Orbitz on the day you ordered, you should be fine. Even if it doesn't show up, you can send them the tracking number and purchase info and they will credit you.

I sent them the one I think it was but then sent another email telling them it could be one of the others. I appreciate your comments. I am paranoid about it too. After reading conflicting posts about the tickets I was hesitant to order. You know that old say what seems too good to be true? The price with the 20% off seemed that way to me. I hope that I do get the cash back though! When is your next trip?

We've already got a package booked for our April trip and our FP reservations made. I know I'll have to cancel that before I hit our 45 day window (tomorrow!).

But from people's experience, I should soon be able to call Disney with the voucher information and get these linked to our hotel reservation then, right??

I'd hate to cancel our tickets (and FP+s) and then not be able to get new FP+s until we get there.

After having such a rough time getting credit for my purchase at Orbitz thru Ebates last year, I checked my account last night and it was already there! Late last night, I got the confirmation email from customer care.

I'll pick up my tickets next month and I'll have the cashback check at some time before Memorial Day!

Good luck to everyone else. When the crediting process works at Ebates, it is seamless. When it messes up, it can be a pain in the neck to get your credit.

October, for food&wine. Don't worry it'll all work out. I've used Orbitz twice. I was nervous the first time too but it was fine. That one got upgraded to an Annual Pass and it did save quite a bit of money. Last year 10% cashback was exciting so I can't believe it's 20% now.

I also clicked the orbitz link through ebates quite a few times, before I finally pulled the trigger (on Tuesday). Checked my account this morning, and my money is now pending

Ok experts, I have one more question. I am considering buying these tix for our Oct trip for my kids and mom (DH and I have AP). DH and I will be at WDW in a couple weeks so if I say those are our travel dates and then we pick up the tickets, we can just bring them home and save them for Oct right? I was thinking this gets us around the linking problem because then we would have actual tickets in hand?
