Ebates 20% back for Orbitz tickets

Now I do have my magic code so I was contemplating adding it to my magic bands. But, my next hesitation is that I have current AP's linked to my and my DH MB. So will those five day tickets just sit there unused until my AP's expire? Also, I bought five tickets all the same voucher so if I add them to my magic band can I wait to assign them to whoever I want later or does that need to be done immediately? I would prefer to wait until I go to wdw in a few weeks and pick up the tickets myself, then I can add them later AFTER my AP expires.

How did you contact Orbitz? What code did you ask them for?? Thanks in advance!!

I emailed them at the customer relations email provided up thread and asked for the my magic code so I can link my tickets to my reservation. I haven't tried linking them yet so I don't know if it will work.

Orbitz is still listed as "up to 20% back" on Ebates this morning. The offered didn't end last night.

ETA: According to the Disney website, ALL ticket prices were quietly raised overnight.

I am SOOO wanting to jump in on this but really worried that should I have to postpone my trip that my tickets won't be valid. I'm not going till December.
UGH. ANYONE have any idea?
I have called Orbitz they say it needs to be picked up during the designated times unless the event of a death or illness kind of thing (they MAY make exception). Sounds like a hassle! I want to believe that once your voucher is activated that you remain on their system and it will be honored but I'm speculating. DOES ANYONE HAVE THE ACTUAL VOUCHER and what does it say???
I have also called Disney ticketing and they said it's really up to Orbtiz to set the terms of when and how the voucher is honored.
What to do????

Do you already have a MDE account set up? If so, then yes, I would call Disney.

You can add the Magic Code in MDE yourself. Just go to the area where you link Magic Bands and tickets.

I got my magic code from Orbitz. Thank you to whoever figured out that one and posted the info!
So, it sounds like my ticket will be on my magic band once I link it to the reservation. If I am upgrading to an annual pass, can I do it with just the magic band or will I need to get a actual ticket first?

Last fall when I went I was able to upgrade to an AP just by showing my MB. They did not need to see my ticket because it had already been linked and used for a couple days.

So I ordered my PH buy 3 get 3 free tix (3 adult , 1 child) and room for 5 days for our impromptu March trip yesterday. Went through Ebates/orbitz. $2042. I know it says up to 40 days past travel to credit the money. Today I got email from ebates saying my account had been credited for orbitz purchase. I was credited a whopping $13.70. Of course ebates Customer Care has generic links to "contact us" and all I basically was able to do was select "where's my cash back?" and fill out a form for name, order number, order amount and store. I am hoping someone gets back to me so I can see how they figured $13.70 (in fact it should be closer to $312). Anyone else go through ebates and have similar situation?

Pretty sure you needed to do separate transactions - it's crediting you for the hotel.

I actually called Disney last night about this, except I have 3 sets of 10 day NE PH's on my account. they told me to go to Guest Relations and to let them know that I have two sets of tickets on my MB's and they can set the "priority" for them. So I would set the Orbits 5 day tickets first, so those will be used, and then I can save my NE tickets for future trips. Hope that helps!

Wow! I just checked the disney site and the 5 day park hopper is up to $387(up from $370).

I just ordered 2 more tickets that I will pickup on my next trip and stash away til my 2015 trip.

Also, I was able to link my first set of orbitz tickets to mde by emailing orbitz as mentioned above. They got back to me in 24 hrs with my magic code and it was easily applied to my trip.

Today (2/18/14), Ebates is offering 20% back on Orbitz Activity reservations. WDW tickets are considered an Activity Reservation. This is an awesome deal! And YES, you can link your Orbitz tickets to MDE so you can select FP+ ahead of time. You won't be able to link the tickets for about a week and you will have to have a CM do it but the money you save is worth the extra phone call!

ok another dilemma. I'm wanting to buy the tickets but also reserve a room and DDP via.Disney's sites but the site won't let me.do the DDP without myw tickets. How.do I get around that? Reserve the room? Add the tickets and the DDP.later? Vacation planned for August.

This has been answered a ton, but you cannot add a dining plan if you buy tix through Orbitz.
