Ebate $5.00 rebate for joining

I joined Ebate a couple of weeks ago and was going to use it to purchase Disney gift adds for my December trip. I received an email from them today about a $5.00 rebate for my first purchase. I went to Target and got through the process to the red button reading "complete purchase.". I wasn't getting an instant $5.00 off. Does it one with the normal discounts, late on? Thanks!

I'm not sure what you're asking here?

If you're asking about the sign up bonus, then it will depend on the terms of the offer when you signed up. It could either be in the form of a gift card, which you will be sent after making your first qualifying purchase. Or it will be in the form of a credit to your ebates account.

Ebates is not an instant discount off of the price of your order through any of their merchants unless you are using one of their discount codes. You are getting a rebate, which will credit to your account once the merchant verifies your purchase. Ebates sends their rebate checks (or Paypal payment) on a quarterly basis. The next check will be sent in August for purchases which were made between April 1 - June 30.

The $5 will be credited to your Ebates account. You'll get that money in a month or so.
