How cool is this? For the first time in HISTORY - I have finished my kids' Christmas shopping before the day after Thanksgiving!

My apologies to retailers that I will not be able to help your bottom line on Black Friday! (Actually, I think this will hurt me more than them, but oh well..............)

Great job!! I'm hoping to finish all of my shopping this weekend with the Black Friday sales. I need to be done early as well, since the baby is coming soon. We had a sonogram on Thursday and he's already measuring five pounds! No wonder why I'm so tired all the time.

Everyone getting ready for Thanksgiving?
I'm hosting, as I do every year since we bought our house, but we're not celebrating until Saturday due to work schedules.

We bought a turkey tonight. Last year we had a really bad tofurkey and this will be our first year cooking turkey in forever.

We had a bit of snow, funny since you really aren't that far away from us. You have my sympathy, Michelle. Think of the exercise though!! lol I didn't see his pics, love too though. Brownies is going great, had the enrolment ceremony, the girls were happy. We are doing a sleepover at the Science Centre, so they are excited about that. We are 3rd Ajax Brownies. Its alot of work for a volunteer position though. I do like it though.

Don't forget the snacks/drinks/crafties for sleepover...did some leg work for it last year. I was 9th at Southwood.
Has Christmas exploded at your house yet? Christmas will look different this year due to buzy little fingers......no glass bulbs this year

It is very quiet here. Hey just noticed we have only 500 days to go untill we sail!!!!! Boy,oh boy, time sure flies when you are having fun , doesn't it?!?!??
Any who, I just wanted to wish to all my fellow future travelers please have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving. DW and I are heading over to my son and his new wife's home this Thanksgiving for dinner. DW is thankful for not having to do all of the baking this year. I'm thankful for turkey, dressing, mashed potato's, gravy, green beans, several assorted pie's and cakes,................... and oh yes for everyone being happy and healthy again this year.

Well thanksgiving has come and gone. I hope everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. We went over to our sons house and had Thanksgiving with him, his new bride and our granddaughter. It was very nice, we enjoyed it very much. I of course ate way too much. I had to keep the tradition alive.
Yesterday we put up our Christmas tree. It looks pretty good if I do say so myself. DGD helped us decorate the tree and the house. She is such a great help to DW and myself.
Well I better get, we gots to do some Christmas shopping here in a little bit.
Oh, hey Captain Crash I like your graphics. They do look good.
Well, I hear DW calling me better get going. Talk to again soon.
