eating with a 23 month old

We are heading to Disney in a few weeks and I am making some plans for when we are there. Are there any can't miss restaurants for a little one and are there any that you would tottaly avoid??

We have reservations for the Character Breakfast at Crystal Palace which I have never been to before, is this a good one??

The crystal palace is a definate, especially with the little one! Pooh and Friends are the BEST!!!

The Character buffets are great with toddlers! You can get your food right away, and you the visual entertainment keeps them occupied!

Crystal Palace is great! It's always one of our favorites!

The buffet at Hollywood and Vine is great too... DS was 23 months when we went last time and he had a blast... He was fine at all the restaurants we took him to. Crystal Palace, Ohana, Hollywood and Vine, Yak and Yeti, Teppan Edo.

I think you'll be great. We took our 25 month old last year and she was great at restaurants still.

When our DD was 2 1/2, we took her to WDW for 2 weeks and went to at least one sit-down meal each day. The character buffets were the best since we could always find fruit and other simple foods that she would eat. Plus, under 3 dines free at the buffets.

It was so much better than waiting in line in the heat of the day for photos with the characters. Plus, we didn't have to wait for the food to come.

I also carried raisins and cheerios with me, so that when we sat down to a longer meal she had something to snack on if we had to wait for a long time. That, and some little $1 sticker books, and we could dine for an hour or two without problems.

At that age, she LOVED CP, and Cinderellas. She also liked Chef Mickeys and 1900 Park Fair.
