Okay, so I have been really straining to get in 1200 calories due to my exercise schedule. If I don't eat a net caloric intake of 1200 I fear my metabolism will slow to a crawl. But, I have a problem with my appetite not being around all the time. I just feel full, but then my calories drop due to my exercise and eating well.
