We are planning our first trip and have been looking at the menus. It seems you can find vegetarian meals throughout the park but not vegan. Are there any other vegans out there who have had success eating at the park?
I found that eating vegan was difficult at the counter service restaurants, but the table service restaurants were wonderful! I try to made 1 ADR a day so I'm sure to at least get 1 meal! They do have veggie burgers a many of the CS places, but after a while that gets really old (and I don't normally eat bread, so it wasn't optimal for me)
Boma, Tusker House, and Ohana were very accommodating and all the TS restaurants will send the chef out to talk to you about your options. There are some great reviews if you do a search!
Hey, that's mine! Also check out v_gan's posts. It really isn't hard at all to eat vegan in the parks - both counter service and table service restaurants. You can literally find multiple places with vegan options in every park.
