Eating quick service at a resort your not staying at

We stayed at BLT on a recent trip and wanted to stop at Pop Century for lunch & a trip on the Skyliner on our last day. Pop wouldn't let us park there-the guard said they used to but due to the Skyliner, they stopped letting people park there. He sent us to park at DHS and take the Skyliner over. When we pulled into DHS, we explained the situation & they verified that we were staying on site. They let us park at DHS for no charge, but I have a feeling we just happened to have an extra nice cast member that day.

If you’re staying at a Disney hotel, parking at a theme park is free.

We were turned away from the Riveria this week. The guard told us that we would have to pay $33 for valet parking if we wanted to eat at the quick service there. We were staying at a Disney resort.

If you’re driving and you want to eat quick service at a resort, focus on mods like POR/POFQ, CSR or the AllStars, places that will not turn you away.

Yes some of our favorite QS locations are in the resorts so we do this all the time. Poly is the only place we’ve ever had trouble parking, which really stinks because the aloha pulled pork sandwich is our favorite sandwich in the whole world, not just Disney. If you’re already on property and parked somewhere else, it’s easier just to take Disney transportation to the resorts.
