Eating QS at resorts

So, are we allowed to eat at QS restaurants that aren't where we are staying at? Have a reservation at BLT but want to eat at Geyser Point. Will that be allowed and best way to get there (will have car, but if I don't have a reservation, will they let me in?)

wonder if that will change once Parks open and brings more guests bc they did say you would only be able to go to resorts you had a reservation at.. Hoping not but I understand the need to do this. I sent an email to Disney asking for clarification so I can finish my planning
