Eating at MNSSHP

Last year when we went we had a meal at Liberty Tree Tavern, but frankly were a little disappointed. We had previously had lunch there and loved it but felt that the evening meal concentrated too much on the characters and the quality of the food was a little poor.
Our visit will be on Sun 26th and we plan quite a quiet day for most of the Sunday, with a lunch at the food court in Florida Mall. My question is, what would you do? Have a more substantial lunch? Or snack on a burger in the evening? Which of the fast food areas will be open? (we didn't notice last time). Advice appreciated. Thanks

I can't remmeber what else was open though, you could always go to Chef Mickeys or 'Ohanas before hand. HTH

Yep, we ate at Cosmic Ray's as well - my fave chicken sandwiches are served here. Reckon we ate there about 10-10.30pm.

I don't remember what was open . . . but on the other hand I don't remember anything being closed at all Not much help, was it!

Cosmic Rays is a great place to sit and chill out after you've helped Buzz Lightyear battle with Emperor Zurg

Tracey are you going to MK for the whole day or will they let you into the park early if you have a PS?

Clare - the plan at the moment is Breakfast at CRT, couple of hours at MK, check into WL (working on DH now ) crash/swim for a couple of hours, boat to Contemporary for Chef Mickey's then monorail to MK for MNSSHP.

I have read that previously you have been allowed to stay in MK when it closes before MNSSHP if you have a PS and that people have been allowed in before 7PM but the exact time has varied from year to year.

We got in at 4.30 - 5pm ish last year. I am not sure if this was because there was an annual passholder party going on. At the gate I showed my AP and MNSSHP ticket and they waved us through! We came out of the AP party at about 6pm and went to Fantasyland

On the 26th October, we are going to have breakfast at CP, then we're going on the Keys of the Kingdom Tour, lunch at The Coloumbia Harbour House is included, then dinner at LTT. Hopefully by the time we are finished it will be time to start MNSSHP. We will certainly be having a lie in the next day.
