Eating at MK on MNSSHP night

you wouldn't be able to enter in costume before 4pm, but there are areas set up in park to get bands I know the gate entrance has one but i beleive there are other places as well.

We got a quick bite at Cosmic Rays during the Christmas party last year. I would think it would be open during the Halloween party as well.

While on the subject, and not to hijack, but are all the CS restaurants open during the party?

We don't like to waste our precious Halloween party hours eating. We will have a big lunch at a resort or DTD and then, at the party, buy a waffle sandwich at Sleepy Hollow, stake out a good parade viewing spot, and eat our "dinner" while waiting to see Boo to You. Last year we grabbed a quick hot dog at Casey's Corner right at closing, too. I know some people prefer to do the parks with a more relaxed attitude, but my daughter and I, who wait impatiently all year for the big Halloween party, try to maximize park touring time.

That's why I was thinking of eating before the party begins. We could easily do a 5:00 dinner and be ready for the parade.

If we have APs, can we go in before 4? How, when, and where would we need to get our wristbands? It just seems like going at 3:30 would result in a shorter entrance line, but I'm not sure.

We were thinking of doing the same thing. Going around 3:00.

Does anyone know where else you could get a bracelet if you were already in the park?

There is usually a place set up by Stitch to get bands if you are already in the park. We learned this the hard way our first MNSSHP. We were in the park that afternoon, and asked around, and were told to go to the front, so we had to fight our way down a crowded Main Street and got bands in the front, only to find out there was a spot by Stitch.

MNSHP does begin at 7pm. We usually try and get an ADR around 4:30pm so we have plenty of time to eat and not feel rushed.

If you try to get in before 4, you will have to use your regular ticket, not your party ticket. If you go to another park earlier in the day and have a park hopper, it's no big deal. If you go to another park and don't have a park hopper, then you couldn't use your regular ticket to get into MK. If you don't o to another park and use your regular ticket to get in at 3, then you waste a whole day for only an extra hour.
