Eating at Chef Mickey's

Is this a good place for kids to eat? I know that it is a character meal, but do they have a good childrens selection? Do they have both lunch and dinner, if so, are the menus the same? Thanks for any help!!!

Chef Mickey's has breakfast and dinner. No lunch. I thought the breakfast ran until about 11:30 and the dinner starts at about 5:00 (I think). My kids really like it there. They always have more than enough to eat. If you go to www.allearsnet.com they have the menus for the restaurants listed

Chef Mickey's is an absolute must if you have children. I have 2 DS's who were ages 3 & 5 our last trip and they had such a wonderful time. They will get to spend a little time with the characters (Mickey, Minney, Chip & Dale, and Goofy). The food is really universal. There are so many choices that I'm sure you could find something even for the pickiest of eaters. We have never done lunch but I would give breakfast a BIG "Thumbs Up"!

We are going to Chef Mickey's for breakfast when we are there in May. DH and I are taking our granddaughter.....and it was DH who insisted we go back to Chef Mickey's! But to answer your question....lots of good food for children and adults alike.

Chef Mickey's actually has a buffet section that is just the right height for little ones so they can easily serve themselves.

Forget about the characters and the fun...my kids fell in love with WDW just for THAT! It made them feel so very important!

There is no more kid friendly restaurant in all the world (not just The World)!

We've done Chef Mickey's for dinner, and my kids loved the food! They have a child-size buffet line with pizza, mac & cheese, and other kid friendly fare, plus a sundae making station. My kids also enjoyed some of the stuff off the adult buffet, especially ham & roast beef from the carving station. It's a definite must-do with kids!
