Hollywood Studios closes @ 7PM on the day we want to go, but there are a couple of restaurants that are allowing us to make reservations for 7:20PM... is this correct? Will we still be able to get a bus back to our resort after we eat?

Buses typically always run at least an hour after park closures. However, worst case scenario, you can always boat/walk over to the Boardwalk, catch a bus to Downtown Disney, and then catch a bus to your hotel.

We have done this several times in Epcot. there is something very cool about walking in the park after everyone is gone!:goodvibes

We ate at 50sPT after closing and it was awesome! After we ate, we wandered around the empty park for a bit. We got some great pictures of the Sorcerer's Hat all lit up with no one around. It was also great not using up precious ride time to eat.

I really really like this! What a good point about the photos.

We always enjoy taking one of the last monarails out of the parks on EMH nights. So quiet and just so fun end to a day.
