Eating a meal off snack credits

Another vote for saving dessert for breakfast! If you don't mind eating sweets for breakfast, that's a really easy way to conserve credits. Also, oatmeal is a snack credit if you want something healthier. You could also take some oatmeal packets from home and just use the hot water at the resort if you want some "just in case" food. I do that frequently when I travel for those times when I just want something quick and easy and not too filling in my room.

We are taking our Keurig this trip and will be doing breakfast in the room. I hadn't thought about oatmeal, but I can use my machine to heat the water for oatmeal. :) Lots of times we save our desert from the night before and will eat it for breakfast! :)

Does anyone know if there is any way to use the coffee maker in the rooms just to make hot water?

I'm a college kid...of course I don't mind sweets for breakfast. They're one of the three main breakfast foods I eat, getting along well with cold pizza, and leftover Chinese :coffee:

Last time we did the deluxe dining plan, we only did 3 meals twice during the whole 9 day trip. You read our reviews here.

Do you have your hearts set on both Akershus and Cinderella's Royal Table? If it were me, I would do only one. Especially with your 1900 Park Fare dinner you'll get to eat with Cinderella 3 times!

No, I'm open to other ideas. Part of the draw for them was it gets us into parks before rope drop, which I thought would be a unique experience. But I've already thought about moving Akershus to Saturday lunch...and wouldn't be opposed to dropping it totally.

Yes, just don't put the coffee in. Personally, for me though, the hot water still tastes a little like coffee. If you don't like the flavor of coffee just make sure you clean the thing that holds the coffee well-or run it without coffee a few times.

That is one of our favorite things to do at Disney. We pick an afternoon and use snack credits to eat our way through the countries. Some of our favs are the ham and cheese croissant in France (or course we get a dessert as a snack there too) and the brats in Germany.
Try it on your trip. You will love it!:goodvibes
