I like nuts - I buy a box of the 1.5 oz Heart Healthy packages.
Planters brand that have Peanuts, Almonds, Pistachios, Pecan, and Hazelnuts in them. They are one of my mid-afternoon snack favorites.
I add sliced almonds to my frozen, fried, green beans.
Walnuts, pecans, even peanuts are good added to your salads.
