Eat Your Nuts!

Thanks for the read.
We have almonds and pistachios avaiable at work as snacks and I eat about a handful of almonds when at work a day. I eat the pistachios, but not everyday(they're not my fav.)
 
Now Vic if I had said that Lily would have been right there to see what I was up to.:rolleyes1

I don't do a lot of nuts. I will take spells where I'll keep jars of dry roasted nuts in the house but our problem is we tend to snack on them late at night. Everyone knows eating fatty stuff late is not the best idea.

I like nuts - I buy a box of the 1.5 oz Heart Healthy packages.
Planters brand that have Peanuts, Almonds, Pistachios, Pecan, and Hazelnuts in them. They are one of my mid-afternoon snack favorites.


I add sliced almonds to my frozen, fried, green beans.
Walnuts, pecans, even peanuts are good added to your salads.
