Eat to the Beat at Epcot

My family has been to Disney several times but not for the F & W Festival at Epcot. Can someone explain Eat to the Beat to me ? Do you we need tickets?

No tickets are necessary as it is included with your admission to Epcot. This is a free concert series that runs three times each night with various artists performing. It is held in the American Gardens Theater across from the American Pavilion. The sets usually run about 20-25 minutes each. Enjoy!

Are there any dinner packages including the show similar to the Candlelight Processional? Other than the seating that comes with Party for the Senses? Or is it just line up ahead of time? If so, how long before the show do you need to line up?

There are dinner packages but we've never used them. We just go and sit at the American pavilion and wait until the standby line has been let in. Then we go and get seats after that. We've never been shut out although all the concerts have been full, if that makes sense. Get there about 1/2 hour before the show, wait until most of the crowd has been left in (go to the right side of the theatre as you are looking at the stage), and then pick out the seats remaining. There really aren't that many bad seats.
