Monday - Sausage and peppers, Mac and cheese
Tuesday - Korean beef, rice and broccoli
Wednesday - Honey balsamic pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes, green beans
Thursday- mini luau, Hawaiian meatballs, coconut rice, fruit skewers
Friday - Chicken and waffles
Saturday - Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice and beans
Sunday - DS's b-day! He choose country fried steak , mashed potatoes and corn on the cob for his b-day meals

) and listed out meals that sounded good (and we had the majority of the ingredients already on hand). Wrote each one down on a post-it note and put those on the side of the fridge. Each night I will decide which meal to make the next day, and pull out any meats etc from the freezer so that they are ready to go.
