Well, life is already kicking me in the back when it comes to my plans lol. (1) I totally forgot to thaw the chicken and (2) I don't have milk to make gravy. I went out this morning and made a few stops, including the grocery but I didn't know that my milk had gone bad. So no fried chicken for me tonight and tomorrow. Instead, I will get a burger for tonight and then do fried rice for a late lunch before work tomorrow.

When I told DH that's how much I was down this morning, he told me he thought he would start eating low carb too. :rotfl2:

It's been a month since I posted! I have been cooking! We've not been eating out much! I don't always plan very far ahead, but I usually come up with something!

We are super busy right now. DS14 has to eat dinner in the car 3 days a week. I've managed to feed him homemade food almost every time!

Yesterday we had bacon, eggs, hash browns, and toast. Tonight was meatball sandwiches.
Tomorrow will be hamburger soup and cornbread.

Wednesday ...some kind of Mexican something.

Thursday will be chicken strips and sweet potato fries.

Friday might be concession stand food at the football game!

Monday we had maple balsamic pork tenderloin, cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes, and roasted asparagus

Tonight I made chicken and fresh corn chowder and salads

Wednesday I am making a pot roast with potatoes and veggies

Thursday is Fajitas (fajita salad for me), with rice and beans, and plantains

Friday we will eat whatever leftovers there are left, along with sandwiches if there aren't enough

Saturday I am planning on stir fry, orange chicken, and rice

Sunday will be Greek chicken, roasted veggies, and orzo
