Eat around the world element swap

Requirements: 2 elements from the list below

DO NOT Sign Up for more than you can handle and complete by the due date!
I really want to get these mailed back to you the weekend of the 15.

1. Choose your group. I will open additional groups if the initial one
fills. (If group A fills, I will open group A1 with the same choices). If
you have a request for a spot in a group that hasn't opened yet, please
list it. I will fill the groups in the order you post.
2. I will PM you if I do not have your address already -
3. Post your status on the progress thread every 2 weeks. Check in dates
will be listed.
4. Packing/Mailing Instructions: use a Ziploc for each person and put
everything for that person into their bag. Please label on the outside of
each bag. Include your name, DISname and group number. You'll have 5 or 6
bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) Ziploc bag for each group you
are in.

Include your return postage.
If you are in more than 3 groups please include postage for a box to be
returned back.
If you want delivery confirmation, don't forget to send in the extra money
for that as well as a completed d/c slip. Please write your DISname on the
outside of your package. Please include an address label for your return
package if you have one.
5. Do not send click-it/ship-it postage.
6. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency
happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me
know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.

Element Selection:
Please, no hand lettering on any items, use computer fonts, rub-ons,
stamps, etc.
Embellished means using brads, eyelets, charms, ribbon, 3D stickers
(matted stickers are okay too) or embossing.

Ok - here are the elements to choose from (if you have another idea for an
element, let me know and I will add it).

Element Selection:
Photo Mat – 1PP to fit a 4x6 photo, double matted and embellished.

Topper – 1PP double matted and embellished.

Borders – 1 set PP (2 borders) double matted and embellished

Journaling Box: 1PP at least a 3x3 writing area, double matted and
embellished with actual journal area placed on top of the two mats

Tag: 1 PP large tag 4.5-5 inches, 2 pp if smaller, double matted and
embellished, include either ribbon/fiber or eyelet/brad in the hole. May
include both....

File Folder, Journal box or Tag (medium sized) &

Embellished Shapes: 4PP @ 1-1/2x1-1/2 or larger if you wish, double matted and embellished. These can be circles, squares, flowers, etc. be creative. If it is a shape that
would not look right double matted please use your best judgment.....Just
make up for it in another way. Maybe make a few extra or throw in
something extra.

Slide Mounts: 2PP be creative here please

File Folders or Matchbooks: 1 PP if medium size or lager, 2 pp if mini
sized. Please make sure to enclose a blank page in the matchbook if this
is the element you choose to do.

Bottle Caps: 4PP if metal, 6PP if paper

Library Pocket and Tag: 1PP embellished, no smaller than to hold 2x3 a tag
that should have ribbon/fiber or eyelet in the hole

Shaker Box: 1PP be creative please

Paper Piecing: 1PP be creative please

License Plate: 1PP be creative please

Signage/Bookmark: 1PP 2x6, double matted and embellished

Song/Lyric/Poem: 1PP, double matted and embellished

Altered CD cover: 1PP be creative please

Altered letter: matted at least 4 inches

Altered Paper Clips: 3 large size ones

Individual wrapped store bought embellishment package. (Example: Jolees,
shaped clips, etc.)

I can do Garden Grill or Crystal Palace Jen and you can do Chef Mickey. As long as I get in the group with one of my three choices.

Ok - updated to here but I need a few of you to check. I added new groups when they were filled and I shuffled one or two to accomodate choices so please check and make sure you have what you want.

Kat - did you want two snack groups? I have you in two - one without a description and one for popcord (I think).

notes4theheart - I have most of yours except where I didn't open a new one yet. I'll hold onto those if I do I will put you in those spots.

Nemomom - I'm not sure who you are referring to in your offer to switch - can you let me know what to change?

Some things were taken and now I can't figure out my list (I did a lot of fast scribbling so please let me know if I missed anything).

I am very excited there is so much interest in this swap!

I saw notes4theheart wanted Chef Mickey for the second character meal group and I was going to let her have that and I would take my second or third choice, but I see you opened up another group in character meals and got her down for Chef Mickey, so delete that message. And keep me like you got it in group A1.

Since you opened a third character meal group can I have a place in that and I will do Crystal Palace.

For my snack choice in put me down for Mickey Bar.

Hope that clears up my confused message.
