I am fine not having it as I have already made ADRs based upon the park hours Disney posted/shared, but I am just curious if anybody has any idea why he has not posted one for November 2016?

It is posted. See link from Alesia. Not in the usual spot yet. Josh said something about waiting since everything is so unpredictable with AK after dark, ROL, and park hours. Once there is more information on hours and events, he will link it in the correct area.

I went to the right of the screen where "crowd calendars" are and did not see it. That is where I usually look. I was not aware I needed to look somewhere else. :)

@Lothlórien - I'm glad you asked because I had "heard" he was holding off on crowd calendars because of all the changes. So, when I didn't see it in the usual spot, I just assumed he hadn't made one... And thanks @Alesia for the link.

In the future you could always ask on the easywdw forums!

I saw he had forums; I am not a member. I took a quick look (on a cell phone), but didn't see anything. If I was on a PC I probably could have searched better.

Not happy. EasyWDW is completely different and more ominous than the info I took off of TouringPlans for the same period (November 6 to 13), and which I based our park selection/ADR's on.

TouringPlans has been my bible thus far after 5 trips.

I haven't found Touring Plans to be accurate for the last few years. Easywdw is always spot on for us.

@Koz So are you saying you like TP better because they predict a rosier picture for you during your visiting dates?

Correctamundo! TP has always been really pretty good for us. We had to target a specific week in NOV which coincides with Election and Veterans Day, so I realize that the crowds will be somewhat higher than when we would normally go in in mid-October.

Anything for after Labor Day is pretty worthless right now. Josh from easywdw posted a couple of weeks ago that it is unknown if AK will offer extended hours after Labor Day, if ROL is not ready. For DHS, there's the question when Star Wars fireworks will show, likely not every night.

I'm going Oct 22 to 29, I made one ADR for BOG lunch for a Sunday that's a party day but that's it. Hopefully something will come out before fastpass 60 days.

I've always used Touring Plans and it has worked well. I also use my experience. I know during party season that MK party days are less crowded during the day and plan for then. Non-party days are extremely crowded.

My wife and I use both TP and Easywdw. We've found TP to be off a bit in terms of crowd estimates, as others pointed out.........we do like their wait time app tho. Easywdw has been very good over the past two years with daily crowd estimates. The thing to do is remember these are estimates and nothing is guaranteed. 8-)

In the end..........We plan based on what we want to do..........unless its going to be a 8, 9, or 10 day in a park................we do what park we choose to :D. Mostly because you have to do ADR's at 180 days. Hey it is what it is. :P We're also good at changing things when we have to. ADR's can be gotten 72 to 48 hrs in advance due to cancels.

In the end what we'll do is get'em both and look at them together........if somethings really out of wack.....we tend to lean on Easywdw. :-)

We don't base our days from any crowd calendars either. We use common sense, arrive early and stay late.... also we do not generally make ADRs and if so only a couple so we can easily change to a different park on any given day...

But isn't that like planning a picnic with two weather reports, one reporting rain and the other reporting sunshine, and you choose the one who calls for sunshine because you want to go on your picnic? Not because one might be more accurate?

I suppose it could be, but in my case when I first put this itinerary together 6 months ago the EasyWDW #'s weren't yet up- so we based all of our planning on TP and its historical guesstimates. Eh, whatever, we are a front of the line rope drop family and I'm sure we'll manage.
