Easy & Cheap Costumes

Hey guys,

I need your creative minds!
I'm working during the day on Halloween and we're allowed to dress up for.
I already have a costume, but it's for a party, and it involved ridiculously high heels and a short-ish dress, so it wouldn't be entirely comfortable for work.

I'm thinking like...a Doctor maybe because I have scrubs?

But I'm looking for some creative ideas, and figured you guys would be good ones to ask!!

They are both very easy to do if you are not lazy like me and you take time to actually get off your butt to get something. And the whole thing that a girl is oing those would make much funnier and cooler...lol

But now I am being Jason Mraz because al he wears is a T Shirt with Jeans and a straw fedora or trucker

Ever played the game sims2?

You take a coat hanger and bend it out to that diamond shape and use pipecleaners to make it look like the thing that hangs over their head.
That way you can wear whatever you want, but say "Im a sim!"

I'm gonna be an Eagles player for some lame Halloween party they are throwing at my school

. I have a jersey, then I'm gonna wear shorts, knee-high socks, sneakers, and put black eye liner under my eyes and wear my hair in a high ponytail.

If you have any sports jerseys, those are really easy to pull off.

i am going 2 b philip fulmer (university of Tennessee football coach) and putting my hair under a baseball hat and im going to wear a sign that says "will coach for food" amd then my sister is going 2 wear a tennessee football jersey and a sign that says "looking for a new coach please call 1-800-Go-Ut for applications"

Audrey Hepburn is easy if you already have a black dress and pearls.
I was a pylon once, I knew someone in construction so I asked if I could borrow a safety vest and a pylon, and then I went to value village and found some bright orange boots and pants. But a lot of people have no clue what you are and have to ask you a million times.
Just wear a toga. Get a sheet or fabric to make it, get some gladiator sandals, then go to the dollar store and get fake vines to make a hat thing.
Wear all black, get a robber mask, and get an iPod, like the people on the commercials.
Where's Waldo? That's what my sister is doing this year, since she's got the glasses and all the clothes. You just need a red striped shirt, brown shoes, jeans, and a red and white hat.

Going as the 80's is always fun.
You can personalize it to yourself by going for either the bubble-gum pastels with legwarmers and side ponytails or the spandex with neon or the 80's rocker with bright jeans and dark makeup.
I'm probably going to end up going as that with my friends.

I decided to go as an 80s workout girl. (a la flashdance)
I just "made" my costume this afternoon.
I'm wearing leggings, these uuuugly pink legwarmers (that my 85 yr old aunt bought me for x-mas last yr lol) and i cut the top off an ooold sweater that i dont wear anymore and i have chunky bracelets and stuffs.

80's outfit usually always works.

In the case for school dances (I'm just talking, I know you're in uni) it doesn't here, because one of our themes is tight and bright... so that kills bright leggins for Halloween.

I was about to be Jason Mraz! Then I switched to John McCain. But now I'm being a Cereal Killer. Just get a bunch of those little boxes of cereal, put plastic knives through them and get a jacket from goodwill or something and glue them on.
