I am traveling on the Magic(Eastern) next Saturday. This is our third Disney Cruise and we want to do Palo's for Dinner and Brunch. We have never been there before. Does anyone have any suggestion which night we should make reservations for, we don't want to miss anything special. We were thinking about whichever night was a repeat at either Parrot Cay or Lumiers. We also want to make sure we don't miss any shows. I also wanted to know where I could find a copy of a March or April Navigator. Any input would be great

DH, DD and I didn't want to miss any of the dinners, (even though one dines at each one at least twice,) I couldn't decide as the menu looked so good as well as the occasion,(tropical night, etc.), so we just double-dipped. Had an early 6pm dinner at Palo, and dined with DD at AP. :earsgirl:

We were on the 3/19 Eastern and went to Palo Wednesday night and were very happy with our decision. We were past the initial rotation through the restaurants so we got to have their menus and special events, and I think it was the small world or around the world menu, which we were ok with missing. The entertainment that night was Who Wants To Be a Mouseketeer, which we weren't planning on attending anyway, so we didn't miss going to the big shows with our kids. And as an added bonus, the 5-7 and 8-9 groups both had pretty good programming that night, so we weren't very worried about getting paged. We made a 7pm reservation so we wouldn't have to worry about getting back extra early from St. Thomas, but you have to be back on the boat by 4:30 or so anyway. It worked great for us (and we were able to make it to the adult cabaret show and dance party that evening too, which we probably wouldn't have been able to do if we had tried to double dip).
