Eastern Formal night...which night?

Does someone know for sure which nights semi and formal nights are on the eastern? Thanks!

First Sea Day is the Formal night and last Sea Day is the Semi-Formal Captain's Gala is pretty standard for the Magic cruises. That would make it Sunday and Thursday for the Eastern and Monday and Thursday for the Western.

Also, what is Captain's gala? I've done a search on it, but came up with no real descriptions. It sounds like a formal event!
