I'm trying to figure out which night to go to Palo's.

I have the menus from another website, but the day they correspond to are not there.

What's the theme each night at dinner?

Here's what I think I know, but I've heard some nights might have been switched.

Saturday - Regular menu
Sunday (at sea) - Master Chef Series (formal night)
Monday (at sea) - Regular Menu
Tuesday (St. Maarten) - Pirate Night
Wednesday (St. Thomas) - Regular Menu
Thursday (at sea) - Captain's Gala (semi formal night)
Friday (Castaway Cay) - It's a Small World

Has this changed or been switched?

Can't speak to what they're doing now but last May it was:

Sat - Rotational Menu
Sun - Rotational Menu
Mon - Rotational Menu
Tues - Tropicali...(That would be Pirate Night now)
Wed - Around the World
Thurs - Captain's Gala
Fri - Best Of Menu

Those are the titles of the Menu's from our Navigators on the May 1, 2004 Eastern cruise. Just remember that the FIRST time you eat in Animator's Palate is the color change show.

We did Palo on the Captain's Gala since we're not big on Lobster.
